Up to 60 mg of Armour

Today I increase Armour dosage to 30 mg in the AM and 30 mg in the early PM.

Are you doing your increases on your own or under orders from your doctor?

My doctor gave me a schedule that maybe was too fast because I got heart palpitations early on.  Now I have been splitting the dosage and slowing the increase.  That is going much better.  In 3 weeks I go back to have my blood tested and see if we are at the stopping point.

When I was on Levoxyl I could never self increase due to the strength of the meds.  Because my Armour pills are only 30 mg, it make it more probable.
