Im a 28 year old female with OCD and Tourettes. I also have Bi Polar disorder. My life is pretty complicated with all my ocd rituals, tics and ups and downs.
Hi your post caught my eye, another Becca. I am also afflicted with ocd, but not tourette's. That sounds especially challenging, I just have bipolar I and ptsd, add, alcoholism and all that encompasses, all manageable. My ocd has been the hardest thing ot treat. I have tried increasing the zoloft to little avail. I tried various therpaies for it and was not very committed to one which included writing prior to to tracj triggers. I mean PLEASE my STOP button is non exisitent how do you expect ME to stop, and write prior to the compulsion?
