Over 1000 Death Sticks Not Smoked

I have stopped nicotine for 33 Days, 22 hours, 20 minutes. I have not smoked 1018 nicotice death sticks,  I have saved $356.77 and I have saved 3 days, 12 hours, 50 minutes of my precious life.
This all happened on 06/15/08 at 8:32 p.m. when I decided to Never Take Another Puff.  I am on the road to healing.
I did it without any pill, gum or inhalor. It was not easy it was just so simple.

i saw your interest in bi polar  my son has that. it is really something to live with. i always tell him his moods are worse than a women with pms.we have gone through heck and back with him . it is a terrible thing to have. and to live with. i have dealt with this for 20 years with him.
