Excellence in taper

This taper off of Klonopin has not been as bad as anticipated. I am down to .125 mg of Klonopin. I am to the point where I take the .5 mg and quarter it. Up until this point I have been doing a gradual slow milk taper, which I discovered on the benzo buddy site. I am to the point now where I am just going to cut the remainer dose since it is so slow, and will attempt to be benzo free by August 1st.

I have had no side effects from the taper and been relatively anxious free.....acupuncture, inline skating, wt lifting, running and meditation have been my tools. I should pray, but tend to avoid that one. Long story!
