the chinese herbs made me sleepy, unfocused, exhausted. So I'm switching to d-chiro inositol. My first day is today- currently taking a high calcium women's multi, extra folic acid, extra magnesium, fish oil, d-chiro inositol, vitamin D, and a B-complex for other B vitamins. Running 25 minutes every other day and trying to be good- eating well five days a week with two binge days.
