I don't have any symptoms that I can sense just alot of chocolate sugary foods like a coffee crumb cake, and a little bit of a choc muffin, I also had a chocolate milk drink, fruits strawberry's, cantalope, shrimp I would say I was pretty balanced I can tell my body was craving the carbs, next time for lunch at about 4 or so I'll try to fit in a complex carb somewhere.
