What's the point in worrying ?

Decided I'm sick and tired of worrying about these symptoms without doing anything further about it!
It seems everyone contributing to the forums is fairly proactive about their health, so taking a leaf out of their book I visited my Docs once more today. You guessed it, finally obtained a neurology referral although the nearest appointment is 3 weeks away. So we will just wait and see !

In the interim, well I guess I'll try to push on and focus on my work and interests and hope the time flies by.
I'm heading up to a conference in Sydney on the 28th for about a week, then back to Melbourne for a fairly busy schedule at work.
Everything's not doom and gloom however as I am really looking forward to taking my daughter off skiing to New Zealand in about a months time, so it would be great if the neurologist could provide some answers prior to the trip which is either going to pinpoint the problem or confirm that I just maybe going mad ! Hmmn mind you that just might be a prerequisite for tackling some of the steep slopes over there !
Just wanted to pass on my thanks to everyone contributing to these forums. Even though I'm a bit reluctant to pass on notes and messages to express this to individuals, I find everyone's courage and determination in facing and  managing debilitating illnesses in many circumstances truly admirable and inspirational.
My thoughts are with each and everyone of you...
