Chest Pain

Hello,
I am a 25 year old male and I am 25 lbs overweight but I am working on that by exercising at least 40 minutes per day.  My BP is 110/70 with 70bpm.  I have been having chest pain for over 6 months and it is worse with movement or when exercising.  The pain is in the center of my chest and spreads to the left pec region.  Sometimes the pain and pressure will just come on while sitting at a table or when I am stressed out.  I started with my doctor in February and have since had the following tests done; 2 Echo's, 1 CT scan of the heart and lungs with contrast, 24 holter monitor, 1 thallium stress test, 3 separate sets of blood work (one for lyme and one with cultures), Neck X-Ray, C-spine MRI, T-spine MRI (fatty tissue deposit on T-3-4 with no impingement) and I have been seen by 4 different doctors.  It all keeps coming back as either muscle or tissue issues.  I have been seeing a Physical Therapist and they have been doing some stretching of the T-Spine and electric current therapy.  I have been told Costochondritis and myofascial pain are options or an impingement in my bracheli plexus.  I am still concerned though that my symptoms could be heart/angina related.  My pain is a dull ache but if I am moving a lot, exercising, or lifting something heavy it gets a lot worse.  I have had 5 rounds of trigger point injections that relieved some shoulder blade and arm pain but not the chest.  I have also been given Welbutrin SR 150mg two times a day for the last month but it has not been helping.  Is there anything else I should be asking or looking into?  I feel like I am running in circles and I am getting married in a year and really do not want to be going through this at that time.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
dpk
