I actually answered the phone this afternoon. Felt like crying when I was asked why I hadnt been to work all week and wouldnt answer the phone. Felt better when told a work colleague would be returning to work in my building after getting a promotion and moved to the co operate offices.
Have made arrangements to have dinner with another work colleague to catch up and maybe help get my moddiness into check.
