Feeling more like my "normal" self. Did my morning routine, including my stretching and exercises, eating a good breakfast and checking the forums and answering my emails, after several days of not doing so.
My mood is OK, but not the best. I find myself somewhat irritable and antsy, wanting to expell some of this nervous energy I'm feeling, but don't know what to do. I'd take a walk, but my ankles and back are bothering me and my pain medications(which come by mail) are overdue, so I'm suffering somewhat.
Watched a bit of television, did some grocery shopping and reconciled my bank account.
Still not very hungry today, but that's OK since I'm still trying to lose another 15 pounds which I gained when I was on different medications.
