Counting the days

I am officially counting the days until my new relapse is over.  My body and I are negotiating but I plan to win this one.  August 1st is the official deadline and I have decided that the loser buys the winner dinner.  Its a win-win situation!  Today is much that same as any other but I did get an interesting piece of news.  Four years ago I signed up at work to do a focus group for alphabuzz.  I got sick and never got to go.  Out of the blue the lady emailed me asking if I wanted to sign up for a survey that was about how you shop for groceries.  When she explained the details it included filling out a small booklet that gave details about what you buy and how often.  You even get to complain a little. All of this was done at home and for doing this they pay you $75.  I did that and got the $$$.  Back to the new today...I got called for the second part of the survey which was to meet them at my favorite store and answer some more questions.  This gets me $100 more.  The whole process will take me a about 1 1/2 hours total and I can my groceries while there.  I think money always makes us feel better especially when it's unexpected.  

Now I am planning to sit down with a book and enjoy the rest of the evening.  Oh, and I forgot to mention that my never ending headache has been under control for about 6 hours now.
