Simple words into my journal tonight: Rest and recovery from a week of shift work, and going to be gone Friday and Saturday night out of town, so I will re-enter into my tracker and journal upon returning Sunday..I am alive and kicking and as always, grateful to God for not only this feeling, but for his mercy and forgiveness, and for his blessings and grace.
