Hey there........Congrat............you are on your way to a new slimmer you! You don't think of 3 lbs. being alot,but it really is! Watch your calorie intake,try to do some form of exercise,and drink plenty of water.You will get below 200 before you know it.....keep yourself motivated and keep a positive attitude.Loosing weight is a difficult challenge..but i believe you are heading in the right direction!!!!
