hey  can you please help me get a  daignosis?

I have these sudden episodes when my heart rate goes way up to like 120 beats per minute. So far I only have had 2 of these episodes and when I do my face seems to feel buzzy (it's hard to discrib) and I feel like my heart is racing hard. Then my legs get so weak and shacky, so do my hands. I feel flushed, as pale as a ghost!  It is sort of strange I know but is there anything that you can tell about these episodes, besides that they could be anxiety attacks or panic attacks.
