I am going to start my jogging regimen again. I want to start today, the weather is starting to cool off and I have been at 140 much too long it's been almost 5 weeks and the reason I am not seeing the scale go down is because I haven't incorporated my jogging regimen in there. I have lost inches and trust me I feel wonderful about that I really really do, yet I don't feel overall healthy. I know when I incorporate jogging to my overall weight training regimen, it helps me to eat correctly too. Jogging helps release all the beautiful feel good hormones, when those are released 99.9% of the time I feel soo good I don't want to pollute my body with junk. So, here is to eating well again.
