Jogging, eating right

I am going to start my jogging regimen again.  I want to start today, the weather is starting to cool off and I have been at 140 much too long it's been almost 5 weeks and the reason I am not seeing the scale go down is because I haven't incorporated my jogging regimen in there.  I have lost inches and trust me I feel wonderful about that I really really do, yet I don't feel overall healthy.  I know when I incorporate jogging to my overall weight training regimen, it helps me to eat correctly too.  Jogging helps release all the beautiful feel good hormones, when those are released 99.9% of the time I feel soo good I don't want to pollute my body with junk.  So, here is to eating well again.

Namaste Denya,

Good for you girl. I'm glad to see that you're taking care of yourself and developing a routine, which can be so important to us with various psychological disorders.

I still workout on a daily basis, but unfortunately can't run anymore because of chronic ankle pain as a result of repetitive ankle sprains which didn't heal properly before I sprained it again, thereby causing scar tissue to form and thus the chronic pain.

I can still walk and do as much of that as I can, so I don't put on anymore weight.

Again, I'm proud of you for getting started on your exercise regimen and wish you the best in your efforts to achieve your goals.
