Hey everyone thanks for the advice. (Except for the guy who told me to stop masturbating.) Anyway, i'm going to stop using the jock itch spray and i won't jack off for another 3 days so on friday it will be a week without masturbating. Hopefully i see serious improvements. I will write a new journal on friday. If you have any more suggestions please comment on the journal.
