I am on my last bottle of Darvocet

I refilled my last prescription yesterday, and still having some knee/hip pain. I may live in California, but it does get cold here and when it does my knee hurts. I am scared to use it up because I know I will not be able to get anymore. I am scared to withdrawal and be without. I have been taking them for so long now that I forget what its like to be normal. Wish me luck!!!!
