today which is Dec 27,2007 I came out of the restroom and wondered why was there spotted brown discharge if i havent even started my period it looked like if i was done with my period but problem is i never even started it i missed my period the 8th of this month which is of course December and im expecting it January 8,2008....

The exact same thing happened to me too! I dont know what it is but from what i have been reading its a possibility it could be implantation bleeding.
