Appendix Blues

4 years ago (almost) I began having severe right side abdomenal pain.  CT scan showed appendix looked great- but that was where the pain was.  They referred me to OBGYN.  OBGYN said he would take a look.  He found a few adhesions (endometriosis) but never bothered looking at my appendix.  After the surgery, the pain came back about a month later.  He then put me on a shot that made me go coo-coo for 5 months known as Lupron.  I quit going to doctors after that unless I was running low of loritabs (gosh, I sound like a druggie).  After being pain free for 3 months, it came back with a vegence.  I have now been off from work since 10-30 on short term.  Surgery #2 back in early December showed NO endometriosis... but an adhsion ON MY APPENDIX and surrounding bowel.  OBGYN did not bother taking it out- I'm thinking cuz he was running behind and had another surgery scheduled at another hospital.  He referred me to go to a General Surgeon. The Surgeon, whose nurse called me back, actually told me I should not have any more pain- I then told her I had a hole in my appendix and have been suffering with pain from it for a long time.  So, she made me an appt.  
I refuse to go to the ER but something feel different with me... my stomach is bulging out today, my entire abdomen is burning mildly, but for the past 5 days... I have had what feels like PMS boobs on my right side of my breast extending to my back.  It's not on my left side at all.  All doctors tell me "Go to the ER, Go to the ER".  I have gone to the ER 3 times in the last 2 months and they send me home every time.  I keep saying when I have a fever and can't walk anymore THEN I will go.  I have to get better so I can go back to work.  My job is the one that carries the insurance!
