The Vitex did work for me (at least I think) I took it from cycle day 1 - the first day of my period- (2 400 mg/day) up until ovulation. I then decreased my dosage to 1 400 mg/day for 1DPO - 9DPO and at 9 dpo, i stopped completely in case I was pregnant. And 5 days later, I found i was pregnant. So i only took vitex for 1 month, however, i usually didn't ovulate until cd 22 - cd 25 and the first month i took it i ovulated on cd 15 so it shortened my cycle by 7-10 days. I dont know if it was a fluke or not, but it worked for me and I am now 4 months pregnant. If you have any other questions, please feel free to ask.
