nonspecific dystrophic calcification

I have been having pain on my left side across from by belly button by the hair line. I had blood work done and everything looked good. Then I had a a transvaginal and transabdominal ultrasound and it came beck with "there is a small 3:00 mm nonspecific dystrophic calcification associated with the periphery of the left ovary". Please help me.  My GYN said she is not quite sure why i am having the pain when she did the exam she aslo said i might have a hurnie. HELP!!!!!
