OMFG I am having so much nerve pain down my right leg and into my ankle it is making it damn near impossible to concentrate even to right this, like iknow i spelled that wrong but i dont f-ing care I hurt so bad it is making my anus literally pulsate. but not just that, all of the muscles around it. It is literally like a ring of a donut but of muscle like around 3 inches around, and it goes into spasms when I am this anxious or hurt this bad, I try to relax it using the technique I have tried to develop with a combination of some stretching and yoga moves that I have been doing. But it doewsnt help with the nerve pain, the itchy nerve pain, the spasms all over my body, and what is annoying as as I get stronger the muscles spasm stronger and my jerks in my torso are getting more pronounced, and the ones in my upper back between my shoulder blades pull my arms around and kind of make my fingers want to straiten out or curl under really bad. It almost makes me afraid that I might actually have something in addition to the myriad of problems caused by the car accident, like maybe I have something I have been chalking up to side effects and my back and neck injuroies, is actually some scary but easily fixable or managable disease. If any of what my symptoms form day to day are something cause by something that can actually be helped or modulated, I want to know so I can figure out how I am going to go about doing whatever it is I need to do to live my life. I might order a wheelchair today, and just say **** it. or maybe I will all the Dr. first and see what he says? I think I will call insurance company right now!
