hi, To help regulate your bowel movements:
1)  you could use Magnesium Citrate supplement .
Mg will soften the stools and help you go every day. Dose would be 320 to 400 mg Elemental Mg. daily.
This dose will take care of other possible Mg. deficiency symptoms you may not be even aware of..
Lack of Mg could cause gastric/ intestinal problems like yours.I have other posts on Magnesium and an Ebook link
in one of my other posts..Pls. read. It will open your eyes to how much you could help yourself with the knowledge.

2) First thing in the am before any food, drink 1-2 glasses of warm water straight. Repeat: Drink it straight all the way.
This then is almost like flushing the toilet manually (pardon the comparison) with a big flush of water.
it will make you go. If it does not happen the first day, give it time. Be patient.
This is doable everyday first thing after waking up no matter what time of the day.(some people work different shifts)
Gas and burping hopefully will be helped by these as well. If not, you might wanna look into gluten / food allergies.
Fennel seeds comes as capsules or can be taken as seeds, or as tea. Its an anti flatulence and is also a breath freshener. You need to give it time to work as your body has to get used to it first .. Good luck.
