today I start with a body cleansing, that lasts one week with a very strict food diet.
Reasons:
1. I suffer from food allergies, more especific Im a lactose intolerant, and lately I have had a lot of the usual symptoms and I am tired of it.
2. I will begin to start training again, so i need to shape up a little bit before I start
3. I like feeling good with myself, being lighter
This start with one day all fruits, second day all vegetables, and on and on.
I will put what i have to eat each day.
