Ok. saw GP and we agreed to start cipralex upto 5mg. Given this tends to trip me into a mixed or hypo episode, I have gone in at the last effective dose of 1.25mg.
He wanted me to stay on depakote but alison and I have agreed to reduce it to 125mg BD now. I just dont think I can take the extra mood fattening it seems to bring my way. Not sure it is worth it!
Will probably reduce to 125mg nocte in 1-2 weeks
