Weight Loss

Hi everyone, I hope someone reads this and can give me some insight.  I have stugglesd with weight loss and three months ago started with the B12 in lipotropic injections.  I have lost 25# :-)  But I have noticed these little hard things under my skin.  Some are like little peas, some the size of marbles and some are straight.  Some hurt and some do not.  I cannot keep myself from messing with them, checking my body to find new ones.  If I really aggrevate one that hurts it will inevitably become a bruise.
Hoping!

I have those too but only on my thighs.  I think it's fat that's hardened.  You might notice them more now because you've lost some weight.

If you aren't getting well enough into the muscle, sometimes the solution will cause raised knots.  I personally switched to a smaller gauge needle (25 gauge, 1") and haven't had any problems at all as long as I'm in the muscle. Sometimes those larger gauge needles tend to snag a vein when you're either going in or removing the needle.  Also,  I order my products from
MyDietSolutions.com ......
so I really don't know if anything else is added in your injections.  I know theirs is what it says on the label, so I feel very safe ordering there.  Some places put different additives in their products, so you just never know what you're getting... it's sad.  I was so afraid of ordering online... but it's a very trust-worthy site and very helpful people.
HTH!

I have been trying to lose weight for a few years. Until I found a few tips.  I first tried B12 tablets, helped my energy a little but then I started doing B12 injections and it worked great. I found it expensive until my friend found an on-line source from Canada which sold the right form of B12, CYANOCOBALAMIN INJECTION USP 1000mcg. I will share the link http://www.b12-shot.com. I normally don't share links but this is going into your body so get it from a good place, Canada has the highest quality stuff out there and I have used this place numerous times myself, always was a fresh batch with long expire date.
The biggest help was the extra information the customer services gave me about weight loss was very helpful. His name was Cory and he shared other product info with me and helpful tips, the biggest were sweating. Take lots of essential fatty acids and drink lots of mineral water and use an Infar-red sauna, sweat at least 3 times a week. Clean your blood, do Detox cleanses, especially you’re liver, Cory explained that we all have toxic water, a normal person has around 15 to 20 pounds of the stuff and there is a toxic water to fat ratio that your body must maintain, call him he can explain it to you. Do a Candida diet and you will lose 15 pounds in a few weeks as well.
