My name is Sabrina and tomorrow is the day I go to my consoltation for weight loss surgery. I will leave with a surgery date and start my jorney to a fun and eventful full life with my kids. I have been waiting for this day for the last 5 years. I am finally gonna have the funding and family support to do this. I cant wait to feel good about myself. I am lookin forward to the road ahead. I am doing this for myself and my kids. I love them so very much.. Look for my journal tomorrow..
