Well, I'm doing better... starting to sleep better, appetite is back, fulls days at work with normal energy levels. Good Stuff. But this weekend I picked up my heavy 2 year old and pissed off my herniated disk.. not my neck and back are burning and I'm icing like a mad dog. I took some ibuprofin but I REFUSE to take anything else. I would rather be in pain...
