I have had 3 CT scans that all say the same thing.  In one it measured 13.1 x 5.5 x 8.8 cm.  I have extreme pain in my extreme lower left abdoman and centered just above my pelvic bone.  It seems do magnify more just before my period and during my period.  I have been on Vicodine since May and majority of the time doesn't even begin to help relieve the pain.  One of the CTs even describes focal endometrial thickening, measuring at least 30 mm.  It says it maybe due to focal endometrial hyperplasia.  Is says neoplasia cannot be excluded.  In another report it says a new 4.5 x 3.8 cm well circumscribed hyodense lesion in the left adnexal area is noted, likely an ovarian cyst.  All three say my cervix is enlarged and bulky.  In another CT it says that there is a hypoechoic density in the central region of the uterus corresponding to a thickened endometrial canal, however, detail within the uterus is less than optimal due to lack of IV contrast.  What does all of this mean?  I was told in May that there was a polyp in my uterus that required removal.  I had two choices.  1. Remove the polyp, but it can grow back.  I had one removed three years ago.  This mass is more than double that.  2.  Get a hysterecomy.  I have been trying to get medical help for this since May 2010.  I can't get any answers or help.  What do I do?  THe pain requires I sleep with either a heating pad or ice packs.  When one doesn't work I use the other.  The pain medicine is not helping anymore.  I just had an uper and lower GI resently that were to be normal.  So if it isn't that what is it.  The gastrologist said no more antiinflamatories.  There goes my back up Ibuprophen.  My pain med already contains the ingredient in Tylanol so I can't use that either.  I am at wits end.  I don't know what to do or where to go.  I am tired of hurting and nobody being able to tell me why or doing anything to fix this.
