I just found this website, so I thought I would give it a go. I have been sober since July 8, before which I had a 2 week relapse after my first try at sobriety in 12 years.
I went into Detox/rehab on april 28 2008 for 10 days then went through a 6 week program of out patient group therapy.
After my relapse I went back to outpatient, switched sponsors, and feel as though I have a strong program.
SOme days are easier than others. Days when I realize that I have lost my friends, my best friend, because of my addictions, are the hardest, but I get through a moment at a time. .
