I'm 24 and was having alot of health issues regarding ovulation, having a blockage in my tubes and having enlarged ovaries. About 2 years ago I had a miscarriage at 5 weeks, I was really upset because both me and my fiance wanted that baby. After that I would not have regularly periods, and I began to feel as if I would never get pregnant.
You can imagine my surprise when on my 24th birthday I found out I was pregnant. Everything has been going well so far, I have had a couple of scares with lite spotting and stomach pain in the very beginning. At 12 weeks based solely on my history, my doctor suggested a cervial cerclage to ensure I carry the baby to term. I was extremely nervous but on October 1st @ 13 weeks I had the cerclage put in. I have a great doctor who has made me and my family feel extremely comfortable. Last thursday I did my Quad screen and I am nervous; I believe that my daughter is healthy but I can't help but worry (I'm a worrier)
