Hi Lisa,

I didn't have the energy before.  I get a boost of energy with the B12 injection every week.  Then after I stopped eating junk food and changed my eating habbits I started getting the energy back.  But if you have medical problems it's better to just diet and don't try to exercise unless the doctor recommends you to.  Me and my sister started the same day and she has not lost a pound.  I believe that it's because she hasn't tried ti change her eating habbits.  She eats the same as she used to but in smaller portions.  Well that is not gaining her anymore weight but she is not loosing either.  Just try to eat more times a day but healthy food and you will see that you are going to start moving more around the house and you will eventually start to loose weight.  I hope this helps!

Congrats!  Initially, you will lose a lot in the first week or two.  Then it will slow a bit, but that's a good thing.  Quick weight loss is usually not permanent weight loss.  Slow and steady wins out in the long run.

But dang!  Doesn't it feel good to see those numbers!  Rock on!
