Domestic Engineer - there are quite a few Romanians in Toronto.  I don't want to generalize but they all seem extremely competent and caring.  Our vet is Romanian and the Animal Hospital has four or five Romanian technicians working towards their Canadian vet licence.  They were vets in Romania but immigration has it's own way of doing things  = (
