ok, so since i woke up at 1230 pm today for some reason...well i didnt fall asleep until 3 and i did wake up early in the morning for a while...anywho....i ate lunch about an hour after i woke up...i had a tuna sandwich on whole grain white bread....i didnt use the full tablespoon of mayo and i used mostly mustard so that made the sandwich a little less than 390 calories...but ill just round up since im not exactly sure...i also had with it two slices of american cheese so add 32 calories....then i drank a big cup of chai juice to go with it which turned out to be more like two servings...so add 320 calories.
ok i drank another glass of the chai cause its so refreshing i need to put some water in the fridge so i can drink that instead. so so far its a total of 1062....im going out to dinner tonight with family so i really dont want to eat more than like 500-700 calories...so maybe a big entre salad...im sure that wouldnt be more than like 400 calories depending on what type it is...and maybe a small cup of soup. and water. ill journal about it tonight....
ok so last night when we went out to dinner with DH's family...we went to this place in corona called miguel's....i couldnt find a nutritional information guide on the net to see how many calories i actually ate...but i had (from their healthy menue) a cod burrito with a side of guacamoli...then they gave us free desert so i had one small sopapilla and i ate my husband cherries from his cherry coke...i had water though,,,,anywho i looked at the nutrition of cod burritos on the internet and i figured it was probably around 650-750 calories...then that sopapilla and cherries probably added two hundred or so calories. (it was pretty small about three inches long) so i figured about another 900 calories total. which is more than i had wanted to add...hhmmm....ill try to do better today.
