So now what???

What is this now???  It's always something but this isn't new...it's just scary that it's back!  Went for lunch with Mom today but even before I left the house it started...the dreaded "ice pick pain"!  It hasn't been around for a while and I don't want it around but it just got progressively worse throughout lunch and then my scalp became numb and it moved down the left side of my face and my left eye is drooping so badly I look like I am giving the evil eye...

Hubby came home at 7:30 and noticed my face right away and responded with "It's back isn't it?" and I responded "Yes dammit but I missed it sooo much didn't you?" and I burst into tears.  It is now 9:49 and my eye has not improved nor has the pain and when I smile only one side of my mouth goes up.  I don't think it's the Paratrigeminal Neuralgia though because the pain is on the same side as my droopy eye and when I do get an attack of that there is minimal numbness on my left temple and that is it.  Well now it's in my journal so if I need to go back for any reason like finding a doctor that gives a damn at least I will know where to find it.  I think I am going to take an Oxycodone and go to bed and see if I wake up in the morning with a funny looking face again or if it has improved...goodnight.
