Forward with life

As we all know how HIV affects many people in Africa. I am not unique though I have tested about 4 times since 2002.
I still worry and am always nervous all the time I go to test. Though I have a single partner, and never slept without any protection. I don't have a child but I wish to have one one day. Resently we have decided to go test both me and my girlfriend, but my concern is what if I am positive and she is negative,? Will she still be with me because if it's either way I don't think it should change our relationship of 3.5 years. Please advice and pray with us I will get back later after testing. Moja 4 now
