Let there be a weight loss on the scales tomorrow -  I have had to work extremely hard to keep my calorie count down during the last 48 hours - I was up at 6.30am on Thursday and have not been to bed yet - will be in bed about 11.30pm tonight - so being awake for 41 hours has made not over eating very hard -  IT BETTER BE WORTH IT!

Lack of sleep can cause weight gain.

You're not doing your body any good by having a "stay awake" marathon.

Get some sleep!

Can't just go get some sleep -  have a 4 year old to look after, an assignment to complete and a house to turn back into a home.
