I would say that today's workout went a lot better than yesterday's. Didn't do as many songs as yesterday, but the workouts were more intense, so i think that kinda makes up for the lack of songs. I'm still doing the routine of alternating between one song moving and one song resting. Will probably keep doing that for this week, and maybe next week before i dive into two songs in a row before a break. I can feel some soreness in my muscles, about the same as how i feel after marching pregame during marching band season(I can't wait for next season, i missed marching so much this season! I took a nasty fall down the stairs and injured myself, making me have to break for a season.). I can definitely feel some soreness in my upper arms and abs today, the workouts seemed especially ab and upper arm heavy with movements.
Attempted the yoga program on television yesterday, and it went alright. I was intimidated at first because i'm still really stiff and the program started right off with a headstand. Needless to say, that was a no go, haha. Today's starts in about a half an hour, so i figured i'd take a break from zumba to update this.
