Allergies: dog, cat, dust (extremely severe) & pork (moderate, seemingly non-symptomatic). Mild milk allergy detected, but causes significant digestive irritability.

Current smoker, about 1 pack/day since February 2004. I plan to quit cold turkey soon, when I move into my first home of my very own.

Current living conditions are extremely saturated with dust.

Past of frequent bronchitis, which is only made better by penicillin injection. Through the duration of my allergy shots, the frequency of getting bronchitis is noticeably lessened.

Most housework must be done wearing a HEPA filter mask.

Only one current air purifier in being used in home, but it is old and dirty.

Albuterol inhaler used PRN.

Allergy shots every Thursday since August 2009. Been on maintenance dose for maybe 6-7 months now. I occasionally miss a week.

Diphenhydramine 25mg, frequency varies but is usually at least TID.

Have taken Singulair and Zyrtec in the past, with not notable benefit. Plan on trying them again.

Will add more info soon.
