So today was the last work out day of the week for Denice and I. We finished our workout in about 45 minutes. This included all of arm work outs (we did a total of 60 arm presses and curls) and crunches ( a total 0f 120) and of course our leg lifts ( 95 in total).
We were feeling good and our results proved it!. Denice had lost a pound and so did I! We were ecstatic! Only 29more pounds to go (and then some)!
