Well I am working on my 5th day of working out. I feel great however sore as hell! I have been doing the Jillian Michaels 30 day Shred and then the next day walking 3 miles. I have been eating really well, however, I feel like a crack addict. I am eating well and then I sit in the living room and all i can think of is the OTHER food in the fridge. Its horrible. Its like I have quit smoking all over again. Those urges are so strong and consume your every thought. AND lets not forget all of the cooking shows I love and the food commercials. Ugh!!! But I guess that's with anything, there are temptations. OK , lets see what tomorrow brings!
