Blood test results

Got some copies from my doctor on the blood tests. The only ones out of order are below.
RBC - 5.99 where average is between 4.30 - 5.90 - not sure what this means
TBILX - 2.0 where average is 0.2 - 1.0 - was told that this is due to stress
Quantitatio - 19300 - not sure why this went up from 2000 last spring
and another thing that was a little puzzling was that under the HIV RNA test it said - Insufficient Security to View Results - I hope that means negative in med terms and not inconclusive - as it actually sounds...
