Servical Spondylosis - AKhan's Journal

Since more than 3 weeks i got servical spondylosis. Doctor diagnosed & find out in X-Ray that there is narrow space in C3-C4 & C5-C6. I took traction, LFT etc (physiotherapy) for 10 days.

But after that also i am not cured totally. Can anybody knows abt this disease? How long it prolong?
