Anger

It must run in my family as my Mother , Father , Brother all have some type of anger/anxiety. I'm married have the best wife and family , with a 2.5 year old girl. Great job , house etc... But my anger needs too stop or I will lose everything. It starts then I take it out on my wife, not fair. I have a doctors appointment on Jan 28th , looking for some Meds and group classes. This is my last chance , I must overcome this. I have taken different meds before , but this is a long term thing. The way I was raised was too yell , not talk. I sometimes hate my parents for this. I feel so confused right now.Any help out there?Thanks JR5900
