Was able to get in for an ultrasound at 9:30 this morning. The technician was able to show me the water inside the mass, but could not give me any answers beyond that. I was then informed that there was only 1cm of fluid inside the mass and they would not be extracting it. At this point I am now really confused because I was under the impression they were going to test the fluid to help determine what the mass is? The technician suggested I set up an appointment with my family practitioner to "discuss further options"
So... no answers... a lot of pain... more money to dish out to see yet another doctor that may or may not know what to do. I can't be expected to live on pain killers for the rest of forever?
