When I was a kid I fell out of a moving vehicle on two occasions... I have been in 4 car accidents. I have been hit by a car while ridding my bike. I have fallen down a flight of stairs. I have slipped on ice more times than I could ever count including slipping on ice on stairs that lead to falling down them. I have had a bookshelf dropped on me when moving furniture. I have fallen out of a tree on a few occasions as a kid.
That's all of the injuries I can think of at the moment.
When I was 19 I went to the chiropractor about my back and knee pain. I was informed my tail bone never fully developed. I was also informed that my spin was fairly damaged and curved unusually. All in all he was not very helpful. All he suggested was heavy pain killers for life.
I can not do a single sit up or crunch without my lower back hurting immensely. It has hurt to sit up right when getting out of bed in the morning for over 10 years now.
At this point in my life I just want to know what I can do to make the pain stop. I am not really interested in taking pain killers I would rather find out if there is something I can do to alleviate the problem in the first place.
I have considered a back brace but I would like to know first if I can fix the problem before I just give up and drug the pain away.
