I feel a little better. I took a nap, some Maalox, and at a good dinner. Pain is low, but still there. My head feels fuzzy. I don't understand this constant pain.
I've been eating a gluten-free diet for 3 weeks and 3 days. I think my head has been clearer on average, but my stomach has never gotten any better.
Maybe I just need to accept the pain as part of my life. There doesn't appear to be anything I can do about it. There is no apparent cause, explanation, or treatment.
