Had the stomach flu!

Jan 21, 2008 11:36PM - 4 comments

Sorry I haven't been around, maybe some are wondering....

I had the awful flu, then the hubby, then the asst. then the contractor...OH well. Am I responsible now that I am all full of energy after a week of hell?  Sorry for those who got it.  I appologize!  Love you all.

Wanted to go to the first day of class Tues. couldn't.  Good thing I didn't. Projectile vomiting would not have endeared me to the professor the first night out. So I missed my all precious first night grad school class. First thing I MIGHT have done since tx.  I made it to the next day class, but thankfully only was sick afterwards. John, asst. and everyone that has come in contact has become sick, so I thought I would spare you all!  Missed you and hope to post again. What a difference a day makes.. da, da da da, da da.......

Wondered where you had been. Sorry about the flu. Personally, I think the flu shots are worth it! Glad to hear you are feeling better and impressed you are starting grad school. I couldn't undertake anything like that.

God bless and good luck,
Brent

Hi!!!  Thanks for your worry...means a lot.  Yep, I am sort of impressed with myself too! lol  You are on tx, I am finished albeit I am dealing with fibro myalgia and blood clots post tx. I just hope my energy holds up so I can continue. I am working on my Ed therapy masters. I will have my own practice so I can be more flexible somewhat.  How you doing?  Love talking with you.

Hi there - You should be feeling better by now I hope. Just came across some interesting info on new drugs trials etc. from Dr. Lyndsay at USC here in LA (I'm waiting to see her). Thought you might be interested. You may have to sign up on the site - but it's free.
