What does spinal cord, conus, and final filum terminale with normal position and signal characteristics mean.

Hi

Spinal cord conus is the very tip of the spinal cord.  Filum terminale is a piece of connective tissue which is attached to the bottom of the spinal cord and connects to the bottom of the bony part of the spine.  Sorry, but I can't answer what "normal position and signal characteristics" means.
