So far today I have only felt panicky once. I was in line for a de-caffeinated mocha breve and I felt my heart flip-flop in my chest a little bit and a slight dizzy head spin. I quickly averted my thinking by doing a few tip-toe lifts and taking a deep breath. I am amazed at how far I have come in dealing with these symptoms. Before, feeling my heart flop would send me into a full blown panic attack, and I probably would have ran away even though I already paid for my coffee! Thankfully, while I still feared fainting, I kept it under control. Now Im enjoying my coffee and relaxing a bit before work!
